Description

Delicious brownies made with Oreo cookies and sourdough discard.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sourdough discard
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until combined.
  5. Stir in sourdough discard.
  6. Add flour and salt. Mix until combined.
  7. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  8. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let cool completely before cutting and serving.

  • You can adjust the baking time based on your oven.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of espresso powder.
