Description

Delicious crispy baked chicken and stuffing meatballs.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, stuffing mix, milk, egg, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Form mixture into meatballs.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
