Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, stuffing mix, milk, egg, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
- You can use any type of stuffing mix.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
