- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds or granola (optional)
- Parchment paper
Instructions
- Prepare the Tray: Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix Yogurt Base: In a bowl, mix yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread Evenly: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the tray, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Add Toppings: Scatter sliced berries and optional toppings evenly across the yogurt layer.
- Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
- Cut & Serve: Break or slice into pieces and store in a sealed container in the freezer.
Notes
Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version. Pat frozen berries dry to prevent ice crystals. Let thaw for 1 minute before eating for best texture.
