Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds or granola (optional)
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tray: Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Yogurt Base: In a bowl, mix yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread Evenly: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the tray, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Add Toppings: Scatter sliced berries and optional toppings evenly across the yogurt layer.
  5. Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Cut & Serve: Break or slice into pieces and store in a sealed container in the freezer.

Notes

Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version. Pat frozen berries dry to prevent ice crystals. Let thaw for 1 minute before eating for best texture.
