Description
This recipe makes ultra-creamy beef and shells in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces shell pasta
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours.
- Stir in uncooked pasta. Cook on low for 30-45 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables, like bell peppers.
- Serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
