- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- Optional Toppings: Shredded cheese, chopped fresh parsley, cooked pasta or rice
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour cream of chicken soup and water or broth over the chicken.
- Add cubed cream cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, with optional toppings like shredded cheese and fresh parsley. It’s great over pasta or rice.
