This recipe makes a delicious and creamy crock pot ranch chicken. It’s an easy slow cooker dinner perfect for any night of the week.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • Optional Toppings: Shredded cheese, chopped fresh parsley, cooked pasta or rice


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Pour cream of chicken soup and water or broth over the chicken.
  4. Add cubed cream cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
  7. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the creamy sauce.
  8. Serve hot, with optional toppings like shredded cheese and fresh parsley. It’s great over pasta or rice.
