Ingredients

  • 1 (3-4 pound) boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. While the turkey is roasting, prepare the cranberry orange sauce.
  7. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar, and orange zest.
  8. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
  9. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve the sliced turkey with the cranberry orange sauce.
