Ingredients

  • Chocolate cookies: 1 1/2 cups, crushed
  • Butter: 1/4 cup, melted
  • Cream cheese: 32 ounces, softened
  • Granulated sugar: 1 1/4 cups
  • Cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate chips: 1/2 cup


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder.
