This is the best chocolate cheesecake recipe. It’s rich, decadent, and easy to make.
Ingredients
- Chocolate cookies: 1 1/2 cups, crushed
- Butter: 1/4 cup, melted
- Cream cheese: 32 ounces, softened
- Granulated sugar: 1 1/4 cups
- Cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
- Eggs: 4 large
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips: 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of chocolate cookies.
- Make sure your cream cheese is softened.
- Don’t overbake the cheesecake.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
