Crispy chicken bites coated in a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, whisk milk.
- Dip chicken pieces in milk, then dredge in flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
- In a saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and butter. Heat over low heat until melted and combined.
- Toss fried chicken in hot honey glaze.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust hot sauce to your spice preference.
- Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
