Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.

  7. Dollop the remaining jam on top and swirl again.

  10. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
