Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in crumbled bacon.
- Pour mixture into silicone molds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
