Description

A delicious and healthy casserole featuring chicken, spinach, and rice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  3. Add spinach and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in chicken, rice, chicken broth, and milk.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables like mushrooms.
