- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts (canned or jarred, drained)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for a touch of heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each cup of the muffin tin, forming a cup shape.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
- Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into the baked wonton cups.
- Return the filled wonton cups to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until the filling is heated through and bubbly.
- Serve warm.

- You can prepare the filling ahead of time and refrigerate it.
- Ensure spinach is well-drained to prevent a watery filling.
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg to the filling.
