Flaky puff pastry swirls filled with creamy spinach and artichoke.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry.
- Spread spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over pastry.
- Roll up the pastry tightly.
- Slice into 1-inch thick swirls.
- Place swirls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve warm.
