Description

Flaky puff pastry swirls filled with creamy spinach and artichoke.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out puff pastry.
  4. Spread spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over pastry.
  5. Roll up the pastry tightly.
  6. Slice into 1-inch thick swirls.
  7. Place swirls on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
