Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry with spicy ramen noodles.


Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles (2 packages)
  • Olive oil (1 tbsp)
  • Onion, chopped (1 medium)
  • Garlic, minced (2 cloves)
  • Cooked chicken or tofu, cubed (1 cup)
  • Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Sriracha (1-2 tbsp, or to taste)
  • Vegetables, chopped (peppers, broccoli, etc.) (2 cups)
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan or wok.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add chicken or tofu and vegetables, cook until tender.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and sriracha.
  7. Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with green onions.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
  • Add other vegetables as you like.
  • Use leftover cooked protein.
