Description
A quick and flavorful stir-fry with spicy ramen noodles.
Ingredients
- Ramen noodles (2 packages)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Onion, chopped (1 medium)
- Garlic, minced (2 cloves)
- Cooked chicken or tofu, cubed (1 cup)
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Sriracha (1-2 tbsp, or to taste)
- Vegetables, chopped (peppers, broccoli, etc.) (2 cups)
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan or wok.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken or tofu and vegetables, cook until tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and sriracha.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
- Add other vegetables as you like.
- Use leftover cooked protein.
