Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Additional sugar for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange peach slices over the batter.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar (optional).
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
