A hearty Southern-style casserole featuring BBQ chicken and cornbread.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 box cornbread mix, prepared
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine chicken, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions.
- Pour cornbread batter over the chicken and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cornbread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your liking.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat.
