Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, onion, celery, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Top with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
