Ingredients

- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
- In slow cooker, combine milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and butter.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Spoon mac and cheese mixture into muffin tin cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
Notes
- You can use different cheeses.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
