Easy slow cooker mac and cheese bites perfect for your football party.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
  2. In slow cooker, combine milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and butter.
  4. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy.
  5. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  6. Spoon mac and cheese mixture into muffin tin cups.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.

Notes
