- 6 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Place beef cubes in the slow cooker.
- Add potatoes, melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Pour beef broth over the ingredients.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Stir before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
