- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Stir well and serve hot.

- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- For a thinner dip, add a little milk or cream.
