Description
This slow cooker creamy broccoli cheese soup is easy to make. It’s perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients
- Broccoli florets: 4 cups
- Carrots: 1 cup, chopped
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Chicken broth: 4 cups
- Cream cheese: 8 oz
- Cheddar cheese: 2 cups, shredded
- Milk: 1 cup
- Butter: 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan. Sauté onion and carrots until softened.
- Add broccoli, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted.
- Add cheddar cheese and milk. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Season to taste.

- You can add cooked chicken for extra protein.
