Description

Easy slow cooker cheesy potatoes, a perfect comfort food side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces


Instructions

  1. Place potatoes, soup, sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper in slow cooker.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and butter.
  5. Cook until cheese is melted and butter is melted.
  6. Top with remaining cheese before serving.
