- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
- Pour in BBQ sauce, chicken broth, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Serve in meal prep bowls with your favorite sides.
Notes
- For spicier chicken, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can use different BBQ sauce flavors.
- Chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
