Ingredients

- 1 box of your favorite cheesecake mix
- Ingredients listed on the cheesecake mix box
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Churro dough (recipe below)
Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake according to the box instructions.
- Make the churro dough.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Pipe or drop churro dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
- Remove churros and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon. Toss churros in the mixture.
- Let the cheesecake cool.
- Top cheesecake with churros.

- Feel free to add a caramel drizzle.
- Use store-bought churro dough to save time.
