Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil and butter.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add cooked pasta and toss.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add red pepper flakes for heat.
