A delicious and easy shrimp rice bowl recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook the shrimp in a pan over medium-high heat until pink and cooked through.
- Divide the cooked rice into bowls.
- Top with the cooked shrimp and some of the marinade.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- You can add your favorite vegetables.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately.
