Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced

- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Combine shrimp, cucumber, and red onion in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
