Description
A quick and easy stir-fry with shrimp and asparagus.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add asparagus and mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Return shrimp to the wok.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, like bell peppers or broccoli.
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce to your taste.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
