Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Place turkey breast on the sheet pan with vegetables.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
