- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can substitute rosemary or thyme for some of the other spices.
