Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb small red potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Parboil the potatoes for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  5. Thread the steak, red onion, bell peppers, and potatoes onto skewers.
  6. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  7. Let the kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
