Delicious rosemary garlic steak kebabs grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb small red potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Parboil the potatoes for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- Thread the steak, red onion, bell peppers, and potatoes onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
- Let the kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
- Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred steak doneness.
- You can add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
