- 1 cup apple cider

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together apple cider, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
