Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop cauliflower into florets.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
