Instructions

- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
- While sprouts roast, whisk together balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.
- Drizzle glaze over sprouts and roast for 2-3 minutes more.
- Serve immediately.
