Delicious brownies using raspberry and sourdough discard.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter.
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add sourdough discard and raspberries.
- Combine flour, cocoa, and salt.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool.

- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Use fresh or frozen raspberries.
