Description

A delicious twist on classic tiramisu with fresh raspberries and creamy mascarpone.


Ingredients

  • Ladyfingers
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Granulated sugar
  • Eggs
  • Raspberry liqueur (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  1. Make the raspberry sauce by blending fresh raspberries.
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar.
  3. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Dip ladyfingers in raspberry liqueur (optional).
  7. Layer ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and raspberry sauce in a dish.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
