Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a pan.
- Spread raspberry preserves.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumble.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Cut into bars.
Notes
- You can use different fruit preserves.
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon.
- Store in an airtight container.
