Description
A quick and easy tofu and rice noodle bowl.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, chili flakes
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package directions.
- Press tofu to remove excess water. Cube tofu.
- Whisk together broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat oil in a pan. Cook tofu until golden.
- Add sauce to pan and simmer.
- Combine noodles and tofu.
- Garnish with toppings.

- Adjust spice levels with chili flakes.
- Add your favorite vegetables.
- Use any type of noodles.
