Description
A fast and simple chili beans dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet chili seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook onion until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any grease.
- Stir in chili seasoning.
- Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, and beef broth.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
