Description

A fast and simple chili beans dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Cook onion until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any grease.
  4. Stir in chili seasoning.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, and beef broth.
  6. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve hot.
