Instructions
- Preheat oven or grill.
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
- Toast baguette slices until golden.
- In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and sugar. Heat until thickened into a glaze.
- Top toasted baguette slices with tomato mixture.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
