Description
A fast and simple stir-fry with beef and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Toss beef with cornstarch and soy sauce.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan.
- Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove.
- Stir-fry vegetables until tender.
- Add garlic and ginger. Cook briefly.
- Return beef to pan.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- Use any type of noodles you like.
