Description

A fast and simple stir-fry with beef and vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving


Instructions

  1. Toss beef with cornstarch and soy sauce.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
  3. Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove.
  4. Stir-fry vegetables until tender.
  5. Add garlic and ginger. Cook briefly.
  6. Return beef to pan.
  7. Combine all ingredients.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Use any type of noodles you like.
