Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet.
  4. Sauté onion until softened.
  5. Add potatoes and bacon. Cook briefly.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
