Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry.

- Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
- Roast for 60-75 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
