Instructions

  5. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
  6. Roast for 60-75 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
