Ingredients

  • 6 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Place the sliced peaches in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
