Easy and delicious party pinwheel roll-ups with various fillings.
Ingredients

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (various colors)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 package (10 ounces) large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper, carrots, and olives. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly over a tortilla.
- Sprinkle with bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly.
- Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings (salsa).
- Serve and enjoy!
