- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving in snack cups.
