Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
