Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • Whipped cream, for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the crushed pineapple with its juice into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pineapple.
  4. Top with the chopped Oreo cookies.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix and Oreos.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve warm, with whipped cream if desired.
