Description

A simple one-pot taco pasta recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups shell pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Toppings: sour cream, salsa, etc.


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a pot. Drain fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
  3. Stir in pasta.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked (about 15-20 minutes).
  5. Stir in cheese until melted.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by using mild, medium, or hot taco seasoning.
  • You can add other vegetables, like bell peppers.
  • For a creamier pasta, add a dollop of sour cream or cream cheese.
