- 1 cup long-grain rice, cooked
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, soup, broth, peas, and onion.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
- You can use leftover rotisserie chicken.
